Is the ruffles on this dress the same ruffles as the ones on the birthday princess dress. Maybe just the photo but one seems more puffy. Both are beautiful!

Both are printed on the same dress, so yes, the ruffles are the same. Some of the pictures show a toddler dress seems puffier becaus it is a small dress and other pictures show the toddler dress, like the birthday princess. It has the same number of layers and ruffles.
