Do you have a matching white long sleeve leotard that can be worn under?

Hi,
Yes, we do have a leotard that can be worn under, but it is only the kind that is used for ballet.
It does not have bottom closure, so if your girl were to use the dress on top of the leotard, it would be very difficult for her to use the restrom because she would need to remove the dress in order to pull down the leotard. We would suggest a long sleeve shirt.
The baby sizes 12-24M have attached leotard with bottom snaps.

Is the white top thick or thin and see through?

Bodice of dress is made of high grade cotton, which we have used for our leotards for many years.
It is not see through fabric.
